I tried to explain this video to some people earlier and it went horribly wrong. The point is that is show you can work out anywhere with anything. Just find something heavy and pick it up. Hopefully after you watch it you'll understand. I have no idea what they are saying. Think about how you might describe this video to someone and hopefully you will do better than me.
