SCHEDULE NOTE: No Olympic lifting class on Saturday morning. Most people from the class are competing, so we are moving it to Monday night at 6:30 pm. We need to get the class in so we can stay on track for the meet on October 20. That's why we are rescheduling and not canceling it. Hope you can make it Monday night. There will still be CrossFit class at 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm on Monday. I saw this video this week and I think it's worth sharing. It will make you cry, but it will make you think about what is important in life. I'm warning you, there is some foul language and it is extremely emotional, but it's worth it.
