Remember, we are having weightlifting class tonight at 6:30 pm to make up the class from Saturday. Hopefully you can make it especially if you are lifting in the meet on October 20. We're trying to keep you all on schedule so you are peaking right at meet time. We will still have CrossFit classes at 5:30 and 6:30 pm. Thanks to everyone that came out to support us at the competition this weekend. It was a lot of fun and pretty challenging, so the support was much appreciated. Hopefully you all enjoyed watching and got a taste for the competitive side of CrossFit.
One more thing - We are almost at our one-year anniversary and we want to celebrate with you! We are going to have a celebration on Saturday, October 27. More details to come, but put it on your calendars now.
