Today, October 3 is our official one-year anniversary. When we opened our doors there were about five people ready to work out. I can't believe how much has changed in a year. We really can't thank you all enough for your support and help. So many of you have volunteered to help coach, clean and move things around and we couldn't have done it without you. We are going to celebrate our anniversary on Saturday, October 27 so we hope you can all be there so we can show our appreciation.
