As we try to get our nutrition in line, you may think that things are getting more and more expensive. I always thought that too, but when I when I really look at how much I spend on food each week it's not that bad. And it's certainly a lot better than eating out (even cheap fast food). Robb Wolf has a nice post on this where he breaks down the cost of eating paleo. Even if you're not getting the highest quality meat in the world, it's still better than the alternative most of the time, especially if the alternative is a pizza or burger and fries from the fast food joint on the way home. You just have to shop wisely and prioritize what is important so you can stay on budget and eat the best possible stuff. Check out the article and look at how much food he gets for not much money.
