If you didn't see this video posted by CrossFit HQ, please watch it. This 17-year-old kid is doing some pretty amazing things, under some difficult circumstances. I love seeing how CrossFit and positive role-models can change lives. Makes any excuse I have for not working out seem pretty lame. And how about swinging an 86 pound kettlebell made out of some pipe and concrete.
