For everyone planning on lifting in the meet on October 20, please talk to Kelly. She has entry forms and she needs to know for sure who is in so she can make sure you are ready. You will need to figure out your opening weights with her, and that means testing your maxes very soon. If you missed Wednesday's class you will need to test your clean and jerk on your own. We will be testing the snatch on Friday and Saturday so please try to make it in.
