Here's another great article about how CrossFit is right for everyone. You don't need any prerequisite fitness to give it a try. If you have friends or family that think they could never do it, please share this with them. We love setting goals, but when we reach the goals, that doesn't mean our journey is over. We just set new ones and continue to improve. Remember, being healthy and fit is a lifelong journey and we can always find something to work on and new ways to make ourselves better.
