Time to do Fran again. I know some of you have been looking forward to this one for a while. Fran is meant to be fast. It shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes, so that means scaling is key to maintain the proper intensity. Also, we're doing Fran first so you are fresh and afterwords we are giving you time to work on what you want. Take the 15 minutes to work on your weaknesses and get some help from the coaches.
