Nice job on Fran today. Lot's of people did it Rx'd and we saw some really good times. And we saw a lot of improvement over old times, which is what really counts. Only compare yourself to yourself. Make sure you track what you did in time, weight and pullups so you have a good record to compare with next time. After doing 200 double unders, please take care of your calves.
