Well I was really hoping we wouldn't have to have this conversation for a little while, but it looks like mother nature isn't going to cooperate. If the weather is really bad, and we think it wouldn't be safe to venture out, we will post the information as soon as possible on our Facebook page. This is the easiest and fastest way for us to reach the most people. With that being said, we don't plan on closing any time soon, but feel free to call or email if you have any questions on whether we are open. I'm really not ready for this. As for today's workout, you can superset the ring pushups and rows, but rest between the sets. Check your log book to see how you did on today's WOD. We did it on July 31 this year.
