Scheduling Update: We will be closed next Thursday, November 22 for Thanksgiving. We will be open for a 10 am class on Friday, November 23 and we will do Murph on Saturday, November 24 at 10:30 am. As for weightlifting on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday it's kind of up to you. Please let us know if you will be around so we can plan accordingly. If most of you are not going to be able to make the regularly scheduled times we may not have class, but if you're going to be here we will do them. We just don't want a big portion of the class to miss two days in a row. If you are going to be available for both classes you normally attend, please sign up on the whiteboard. Or tell us what class you can make if it's just one. Thanks!
