Remember it's a holiday week so our schedule will be a little different. It looks like most of you will be around Wednesday evening for weightlifting so that class is still scheduled at 6:30 pm. No classes on Thursday and right now just one 10 am class on Friday. Also, the new weightlifting class begins Monday night at 6:30 for those of you that can't make a Wednesday, Friday or Saturday. This class is basically a chance for you to make up what you missed if you couldn't make one of the regularly scheduled classes.

WOD 8 Minute AMRAP 5 Power Snatch (115/85) 20 Pushups
