Hey guys, just to clarify, or state for the first time, the Monday weightlifting class is intended to be a make up class for one of the classes you missed the previous week. If you know you can't make a class later in the week, you should wait until the next Monday to make it up. I know this might not always work for everyone, but for coaching purposes it's the only way we can provide quality service. It would be impossible to coach people doing five or six different things and we want to make sure you are all getting the coaching you deserve. We didn't address this initially so sorry for the confusion. Here's a good paleo cooking video for you. (There's tons of this stuff out there in case you haven't looked around)
