We are going to make a schedule change for December, which may or may not be permanent. Starting December 3 we will only have the noon class on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This class is not highly attended so we are going to cut back through the end of the year, but if there is enough demand, we can bring it back. This will start one week from today. We are going to have some fun with other gymnastics movements today. No pressure on this stuff, but we want to get better and controlling our bodies in space. Make small steps in the progressions of these movements. All we want you to do is try.
