Sorry for the delay on getting this out to you all, but here's the Holiday schedule. We will be closed on Monday, Dec. 24 and Tuesday, Dec. 25. On Wednesday, Dec. 26 we will have the noon class and the 5:30 pm class. There will not be weightlifting Wednesday night, but advanced and beginner lifters can come on Friday and Saturday if you'd like. On Monday, Dec. 31 we will have the noon class only. And we will be closed on Jan. 1. This New Year's Eve and Day schedule may change a little. If there is a lot of interest in coming to class on the 31st we can add another class so let us know if you plan on being here.

Also, you should really sign up in the gym to participate in the CrossFit Open in March. We want to put together some training for it to help us as a team and individuals so sign up if you are interested. Join the 616 Team!
