Check out this Mobility WOD for opening up your hips. I played around with it a little tonight and I think it would be pretty effective. I recommend warming up before jumping into this, but if you have tight hips, try this. It really allows you to hang out in some of these positions without overdoing it. Also, you should keep moving through these positions rather than hanging out in one spot too long. Use it as a dynamic stretch.
