Thanks for all of your hard work over the holidays. It is very hard to stick to a fitness plan during this time of year, but a lot of you made it through unscathed. For those of you that didn't, now is the time to recommit. It is very easy to say you are going to change things after the new year and I encourage you to make some goals and go after them. But the hard work is up to you. We love helping you reach your goals and if you want help with your plan, please let us know. We will be there for you, but it is up to you to do it. We will be starting a new training regime as we prepare for the CrossFit Open and you will notice the class structure change a little. We are going to get more work in on a daily basis and work on improving skills and attack our weaknesses. I really hope you take advantage of this new program. You don't have to have any aspirations of competing in any way, but you will still benefit from this program and I think you will see major changes and improvements.
