Our Games prep officially starts today (Thursday) so be ready to get in more work on a daily basis and push yourself to the next level. I am excited to see where this takes you all. If you were at the gym today you got a taste of what the classes will be like for the next four weeks. We will be practicing the Olympic lifts and doing some strength maintenance while doing short WODs to build up your engine and your muscular endurance. Starting tomorrow, the extra skill work will be given to those of you that want to stick around after the hour to practice that stuff.
