I think we had a great start last week for our Games prep. For those of you that signed up for the extra work, please remember to bring payment on Monday. Also, we suggested that you all come to the 6:30 pm class for a competitive atmosphere and it was great, but it might get a little crowded. So if you want to come to the 5:30 that would be great. We want to make sure you are getting the best coaching and workout possible, and we don't want to be limited by equipment or have too many people to coach at one time. The workout listed below is our standard class workout. The extra work will be given to you at the gym.
Also, the weightlifting class will wrap up this week and begin again on Monday, January 14. If you want to come in Wednesday and test maxes please feel free. We are going to offer two weightlifting classes a week starting January 14 and those classes will be Monday evenings at 6:30 and Wednesday evenings at 6:30. Let us know if you have any questions.
One more thing, don't forget to sign up for the Paleo Challenge starting January 14! $10 entry fee and great prizes for the winner!
