Jen found this article and posted it on her Facebook page, so I am sort of stealing it from her. But I think it's worth a read. The lady in this article and everyone like her are the reasons I love CrossFit. The Games are awesome and I love to compete, but this stuff can change people's lives. I am so thankful for the community we have and how you all support each other. Whether you are doing this to lose weight, get "in shape" or just to have fun, you all inspire me to work harder every day. By the way, congrats to Mark and Sarah on a few different PRs tonight. It's been a lot of fun working with you both!
