It's finally here! The 616 Paleo Challenge starts today. If you aren't a part of the Facebook group then join here. I am looking forward to getting back on track with my diet, but I did enjoy a few "last meals" over the weekend. Time to buckle down now and get serious. Just remember to eat enough to support the work you are doing in the gym. Just because you aren't eating grains, dairy, etc. doesn't mean you aren't eating carbs or are starving yourself. EAT! You need the energy. Just eat real food. Also, if you haven't seen the rules packet you can download it here.
Amy Pratt created a spreadsheet for tracking everything and you can download that here. Thanks Amy!
And thanks Jen for putting this all together!
One other thing, the new weightlifting course starts Monday night at 6:30 pm. I highly recommend this class if you aren't doing the Games training and/or feel like you need help with the Olympic lifts. It will be Monday and Wednesday night at 6:30 pm and Saturday morning at 9 am. The Saturday morning class will have a sign up sheet and will only take place if people sign up because they couldn't make one of the classes earlier in the week.
