I have seen some serious work put in this week in just two days so far and you should all be very proud of yourselves. The commitment to the workout and the diet has been awesome and I can't wait to see the results. I hope you are as excited about all of this as I am. Keep up the hard work in the gym and keep helping each other through the paleo challenge. Remember, we're all in this together. I know there are still a lot of questions out there about some specifics of the paleo challenge so keep asking them. Some of these things will get judged by the committee and we will make a group decision on how to score them. We can't account for every possible scenario up front, so if you've got something weird going on please let us know. We will try to get you an answer as soon as possible.

Also, if you haven't paid but you signed up for the challenge, please pay by Friday. We need to know how much is in the pot so we can determine prizes and give you more incentive than just being extremely healthy and living a long and productive life!

Remember, tomorrow's a rest day for the competitive team.
