Hey, if anyone is interested in getting a good jump rope let us know. We are going to order some new replacement cables from Rogue and the more we get the better the price. And I think we can get free shipping if we get enough. I'll put a sign up sheet at the gym on Thursday, but wanted to give you the chance to get in on the deal. Here's a link to the jump rope page on the Rogue site so you can check out what they offer. I have the SR-1 bearing speed rope and I really like it. I prefer the longer handles, but everyone likes different stuff. The big thing is how much better a workout can be when you have your own, quality rope that is sized for you. We'll keep a supply at the gym for you at all times, so don't feel pressured to buy one, but it is one of those little luxuries that makes a difference.
