Hopefully all of you in the Paleo Challenge made it through the Super Bowl without going too far off track. I sampled a few non-paleo items, but just small bites and didn't eat until I felt sick, so I call that a win for me. I am sure most of you did much better than that. We are going to start our next phase of Games prep training this week and that means doing WODs from the past so you can get a feel for what these will be like. We are starting with the second WOD from the 2011 Open. It's a little longer so you'll have the chance to work on pacing and you can think about how to best break up your sets as you get tired. Use these WODs as experiments on yourself. Figure out what movements are "rest" for you and which movements you struggle with.
