I just searched for about an hour to try to find the results for the 2011 Open so you guys could compare your scores from today's workout, but I had no luck. If anyone can find the results let me know. You all did well today, and hopefully you learned something about how these WODs will feel and how hard you need to push yourself. I did find the video below of CrossFit Games champ Rich Froning doing the WOD and I think he says he got 9+ rounds (the first time he did it, then he added 38 reps the next time). I think we had a few people in the 8+ range, so you guys should feel good about that.
