A couple of things for you to check out in regards to the Olympic lifts. A lot of you are new to these movements and some of you still struggle with thinking too much during the lift. First read Colin Burns article on Juggernaut about the pull, specifically in the snatch. He does a great job of breaking down the movement into parts and describes where your body parts should be at each point. After you've read that here's a little clip from Coach Burgener on diagnosing the pull and what he looks for when coaching. Once you have read the article and watched the clip, take some time to watch world-class lifters do the lifts. The more you can study this stuff and see what it is supposed to look like the better you can put these things into practice in the gym. These are hard lifts and very technical, but I am confident you all can be very proficient with them.
