Jen found this gem of an article today. 10 Excuses For Not Exercising & Why They Are Horsesh*t. It's pretty good and the list includes a whole lot of things I have told myself on more than one occasion. Check it out and next time one of these excuses pops in your head, remember it's Horsesh*t! While you are on the site (Lift Big Eat Big) check out some of the other articles. He's got some good, entertaining and informative stuff there.
Now, on to Fran.
Here's my favorite CrossFitter of all time doing Fran in 2:05. This is Chris Spealler and it is a really old video, from the early days of CrossFit, but it's awesome. He's 5'5" and probably 135 pounds in this video but he absolutely crushes this workout. (There may be a few questionable reps in there, and I don't approve of the ball at the bottom of the squat, but these were the early days when everyone was still figuring this stuff out. He's the ultimate "small" CrossFitter and was able to hang with and beat people 60 pounds heavier than him on a regular basis.)
