Nice work on Fran on Thursday. Saw some good first-time scores and some PRs. Don't you just love that feeling after Fran? While it's still fresh in your mind, think about what you could have done better or how you could have gotten a better time. Did you push too hard early and hit the wall? Was your pacing off? When you are working to get the best time possible it's not always a full sprint, even in a short WOD like Fran. You have to manage your breathing and rest and stay under control. The more you do it the better you will get and you'll be able to go faster and faster. You guys did great! If you didn't get to do Fran tonight because of the weather, just talk to us about finding a makeup time. Saturday will work for us, you can get warmed up and do it first thing if you want.
