Tomorrow is the last day to sign up for dinner Saturday night! Please sign up at the gym or send us an email so we can make reservations. We are going to Little Mexico on Bridge St. and we will make the reservation somewhere around 6:30 or 7 pm depending on when they can fit us in. Hope to see you there! Nice job on the long WOD on Tuesday. Just for reference, Matt Chan got 12+ rounds of that workout. He took third place at last year's Games. Wanted to give you something to compare your score to. If you watch his workout that I linked to yesterday, you will see he never rushes through anything, but he also never slows down. He just keeps moving at a nice consistent pace. That's the key to a lot of these workouts and I think your scores will improve the more you do them and you figure out your pacing. Good work on that one!
