Taking on Cindy today. This is another long workout, but it's only your body weight, so you should be able to keep moving. I think anything above 20 rounds is a really good score, but elite scores I've seen are in the mid to upper 30s. I kind of enjoy this workout, but it's a grind. It is mentally challenging to keep doing these movements over and over so keeping your wits about you will be key. Just get a nice pace going and try not to waste any time.
