Another Mobility WOD tonight. Last night we took a look at the shoulders and today it's all about the hips. If you have trouble keeping the knees out when squatting or if you always feel tight in the hips give this a try tomorrow before you do cleans. Get warmed up and run through this sequence and see if you feel a difference. Remember to test your squat before you do it and then test after so you can have something to compare it to.
