The Open is just around the corner - don't forget to sign up! Here's the link if you haven't done it already. The workouts will be announced at 8 pm on Wednesday nights starting March 6. We will do the workouts on Friday after the announcement. This gives us a day to study the workout and get as many strategy tips as possible from people that have tried it, etc... You will have to turn your score in by Sunday evening so if you can't do it Friday, you will have time on Saturday to get it in. And if you're really unhappy with how you did you can do it again (not recommended unless you are in contention for Regionals).

We'll split into two groups and one group will judge and count reps for the other group. Standards for each workout will be covered before we start and we expect you to be strict judges. Being strict is the only way to ensure the integrity of the event. There's no room for feeling bad for your friend when it comes to judging!
