Well, 13.1 is upon us and it looks like a lot of fun! It also looks really tough. If you haven't seen it, here it is in all it's glory:Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of: 17 minute AMRAP of: 40 Burpees 30 Snatch, 75 / 45 lbs 30 Burpees 30 Snatch, 135 / 75 lbs 20 Burpees 30 Snatch, 165 / 100 lbs 10 burpees Max rep Snatch, 210 / 120 lbs

These are the men's and women's weights for everyone including masters up to 54 years old. It can look a little daunting, but I want you to approach this with confidence. Start strategizing now and get your head in the right spot before Friday.
