I came across this article today called "How To Go From Good To Great In CrossFit" and it's got some good suggestions for scaling and periodizing so you can take your performance to the next level. This is long-term stuff so it won't help you beat Iceland Annie on 13.2, but it will help for next year. We already segment up the year and as we progress the segments will become more defined.
