WARNING: I'M GOING TO ADDRESS SOME PERSONAL STUFF and I don't want to gross you out, but I have to share this post I saw on Jason Ross' blog, Train Out Pain, today. He reviewed some products and the first one is amazing. It's such a simple concept but it's something most people don't want to talk about. I'll post the video below, but you should really head over to Jason's blog for all of the reviews and other great articles. The funny thing is, that after seeing this I immediately thought of my college friends who swore by the "deep squat" when they were having trouble going to the bathroom. The would put their feet on the toilet seat and squat. We thought they were crazy at the time, but as I get more and more into a primal lifestyle it makes a lot of sense. Just another reason to stop sitting in chairs I guess.
