Congratulation are in order for Robert, who took third in his division at the Spartan Open weightlifting meet on Saturday! If you haven't been to a weightlifting meet before I recommend it. It's totally different than a CrossFit Event and it is a lot of fun to watch people go for big lifts over and over. Hopefully some of you that are getting better at weightlifting will consider doing a local meet soon. Here's Robert's final lift (I think it's 110 kg)
