A quick note on sleep, rest and recovery. I am probably the worst offender here, so I'll try to take my own advice, but you need to make sure you are getting the proper rest. Without good, quality sleep and rest you will not recover properly and your progress will slow, stop or reverse. This is a proven fact and isn't up for debate. Your hormones will start get out of balance and you muscles will not recover and grow if you're not sleeping enough or well. Pay attention to how you feel. If you need rest take it. Squeezing in an extra workout will probably hurt more than it helps if you need the rest. Here's another good video on the muscle up and a strength component in the movement that is often forgotten. This could help you if you struggle in the transition.
