Here's a really great video about someone facing pretty huge challenges, but still getting it done. It's about a lot more than CrossFit, it's just that doing CrossFit is a representation of her continuing to live her life despite major injuries and difficulties. Watching her do the workouts in the Open brought tears to my eyes. It's unbelievable what people can do that believe in themselves and try. She says it in the video, you don't know what you can do unless you try.
