It's time for 13.4! Clean and Jerks and Toes to Bar for seven minutes. There's not too much strategy for this one. Get on the bar and go! The things I've heard and seen so far is that it is hard on your grip so dropping the bar every rep can help if you get right back on it. No time for standing around though. A nice steady pace will be good. Don't go too fast out of the gate and stop short of failure on the toes to bar so you can minimize rest and keep going. Here's some strategy and prep below:

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 18, go on to 21. If you complete 21, go on to 24, etc.
