You guessed it! Thrusters and pullups for the final WOD on Friday! Go ahead and start thinking about how you are going to approach this one now. The chest-to-bar pullups are going to be hard for a lot of you, but I think you might surprise yourself again this week. Watch the standards video today and I'll post more strategy stuff tomorrow.
