The video below is for those of you that have trouble setting up on the bar for deadlifts, cleans and snatches. We want to see you back flat and a lot of you have trouble pulling tight on the bar. Watch the video about how to set up and try the techniques in the gym. You can't set up poorly and try to pull yourself into a good position. You need to load your body in the proper order, so get the back flat and tight and then get into position. It's harder than it sounds, but we can all use some work on this.
