I read this article the other day called "How Kelly Starrett’s Mobility Seminar Ruined Me" and I knew I had to share it with all of you. We love to talk about mobility (and work on it some), but the point of the article is that we all may need to start over on some things. Take time to really assess your movement and determine if you are leading yourself to injury. Or are you just losing out on production because your movement stinks. Read the article and see what you think. We're all guilty of trying to do everything right away. Let's take the time to step back and be honest with ourselves on where we are really at with some things. Now is the time! Now here's a good video on shoulder mobility for the snatch and clean and jerk. A lot of you struggle with the overhead position and the front rack. Give these stretches a try.
