It's Monday and that means we're squatting again! Hope you all recovered over the weekend and are ready to go again. Sometimes the question of breathing comes up and I think this video does a good job of demonstrating how to breath during the squat. If you are having trouble keeping your chest up as you come up it may be because you are not stabilizing properly. Check out the video on how to breath and try it out tomorrow!
