Saw this on Mobility WOD today and it made me feel pretty good about my office chair. Read the Mobility WOD post for more details and watch the video to see the awful position this guy has to sit in. However, he systematically determined his best possible position and then put in time mobilizing after. Think about how you are sitting throughout the day and figure out how you can improve your position. Odds are you aren't cramped in a helicopter cockpit so you better be sitting correctly!
