Volunteers: If you couldn't make it Saturday, we are having another meeting Wednesday night at 7:30 to cover standards and other info for the competition on April 27-28. We need you to come to one of the meetings if you weren't here last Saturday - Wednesday night at 7:30 pm or Saturday at noon. Just in case you were looking for a good pushup progression, check out this chart. If you've mastered the first few, you probably still have some work to do. One of the reasons we are doing all of this strict work is to build strength in the movements we have seen give a lot of you trouble. We are all going to suffer through some workouts right now, but I am excited about the results. Keep working at it consistently and you will get results.
