Thanks for your help today getting everything back in order. We're almost back to normal and we really appreciate your patience as we rearrange. It's a pain, but it's better than being under water! Robert was talking about why we (almost) always go all the way down when we practice snatches and cleans and he used the phrase "getting comfortable in the bottom." This is something we could all get batter at, and it takes a lot of work. If you aren't comfortable in the bottom, you need to figure out why and then try to fix it. Check out this video of Olympian Chad Vaughn diagnosing the bottom position. Maybe some of these cues can help you.
