Attention volunteers: Cori is sending out staffing assignments and report times tonight. If you do not receive the document please let us know. Thanks to everyone that volunteered and everyone that told us you could even if we didn't end up needing you. We couldn't have done it without you. Of course, there will be a much bigger thanks after the weekend, but I'm saying it now too. We're going to do a little snatch practice before getting into the WOD on Thursday, so if you have done a lot of heavy snatches and cleans this week don't feel like you need to push the weight. Use this time to work on some of your issues at lighter weight - clean up your movement.
Just a reminder, we will be closed on Saturday, April 27 (that's this Saturday!) We will all be at the DeltaPlex for the inaugural West Michigan CrossFit and Weightlifting Open. Come find us there!
