Don't be alarmed when you read the workout! Yes, there is something in there we haven't done in a very long time, but I am confident you all can handle it. It's called running and you may have done it before. If you haven't, it's a lot like walking, but faster. We are supposed to have a nice day tomorrow so I am going to take advantage of it. If you haven't ever heard us talk about running technique take a look at the video for some good tips on stride, strike and form. Enjoy the run!
