A huge THANK YOU goes out to everyone that helped make the competition this weekend a success! From volunteers, to competitors to spectators, everyone that was at the DeltaPlex made the event better. We really couldn't have done it without you. Hopefully you enjoyed it as much as we did! For those of you that competed and volunteered, we'd love to hear your feedback. Please let us know what you thought, and if there is anything we can do to make the event better in the future.

There were a lot of pictures taken and we will try to get them up soon, but for now please enjoy this video I shot. It's fast paced and chaotic and sort of sums up how I felt this weekend.

WOD One Minute On...One Minute Off...for 10 minutes. 35 KB Swings (1.5/1) *You have 1 minute to get 35 KB swings. If you do not get 30 KB Swings in 1 minute, count a penalty. *Perform this workout one minute on and one minute off.
